In 2022, Utah’s Personal Quality of Life Index stands at 76 out of a possible 100 points, lower than the first year of the Index in 2018, when the score stood at 82. The decrease from 2018 to 2022 was significant; Utahns’ sentiments about their personal quality of life have indeed declined. Why the decrease? Because all factors declined during the period.
